13td Street Bar-Be-Que in Columbus

Being from Texas when you eat BBQ you eat brisket. Being away from Texas you look for brisket. Walked in expecting the brisket advertised in the menu. No brisket, 1:00pm. Ordered ribs. Plate with 6 ribs, 4 ok, 2 too dry to eat. You know when you get good BBQ when you don't have to use sauce. I have cooked BBQ for over 40 yrs. If you are looking for a big plate of GA BBQ that requires plenty of sauce to make it flavorable this is the place for you.

Food was pretty good. The new fries are good but shouldn't be added cost. Should be a regular side that is included.

This was very good! The staff at the drive thru (only open 3-7) were very friendly and efficient.

Born in Kansas and raised in Texas. I hate Georgia bbq everything is mustard based. This place however is really good. I will definitely be back.

Wow! Best chopped BBQ sandwich in town! Honestly the smokiest meat I've had and the smoke ring runs deep.

This is the worst coleslaw and barbecue sandwich I have ever had the coleslaw was slimy and the barbecue was watery much I with Never Recommend this place

Service is fast even when they’re packed, the food is delicious and you can’t beat the prices.

My favorite actually. Simple good barbeque. Try the pork chop sandwich...mmm. I personal get the large chipped sandwich hot. So good. If I lived in Columbus, I would be there at least once a week. Always clean and consistent service

This is the best location out of them all. Always hot and fresh. Portion sizes are good for the $$$

It was my first time at 13th Street BBQ on Veterans Parkway I must say the lady behind the counter was very patient and understanding with me and she recommended a whole lot of delicious things and also the gentleman in the back who was firing up the grill for the ribs he was very sweet as well I thank you guys so very much you made my first experience at 13th Street Barbecue a wonderful experience and I will truly be back I had the brisket sandwich and mac and cheese and sweet tea let me tell you all I can think about is that big brisket sandwich with the slaw on the side so next time I know I get the slaw on the sandwich because I was unaware how tasty the slaw was I really enjoyed that sandwich the mac and cheese was to die for and sweet tea was just right thank you guys so much you're very kind very humble people at the Veterans Parkway 13th Street BBQ I will be back

Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Orders are rarely wrong and the food comes out hot and fast as any fast food place. 10/10 would recommend

The meats are incredible. I was surprised by the tasty salad options so that was a plus! Call ahead and it will go faster!

Tried their rib plate. Price was OK. Ribs were pretty good. Probably 3rd or 4th on my list for ribs in Columbus.

The people were very nice, but the brisket was dry and it tasted old.

This is a very nice neighborhood BBQ joint. I think it's family ran because everyone seems to be very friendly to each other and they have great customer service. The food quality is very good and they actually really BBQ nothing comes out of a freezer

Ordered extra hot chip sandwiches with pickles. Delicious. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. Also they have military discount.

Barbque sliced pork was really tasty but the potato salad tasted a little off as if the mayo was going bad. Baked beans were good.

If you remember BBQ like it was in Columbus back in the 80's, you won't be disappointed here. Sandwiches are still cheap, chips, and sweet tea under $5. What a deal!

Barbeque had good flavor but was a little dry. The sauces are a good addition to the flavor. Turnaround between placing and getting your order is quick. Good place to eat lunch.

First. I am a self proclaimed rib and barbeque specialist.😂. However, I do realize and respect that different regions prepare different barbeque. With that being said I don't expect GA barbeque to taste like TX barbeque. Now this place was a pleasant surprise 😁. The price for the amount of food is GREAT. I ordered the combo special $11. I didn't expect to get 3 meats. 3 Ribs, chipped pork and 2 tenderloin!!!! AWESOME. The meats were okay plain but DELICIOUS with mustard base sauce. ( If you like that kind of sauce ). Chipped pork is very good. I'm not a fan of the chopped pork but I will eat it. ALL the meat had a wood smoked grilled flavor. Which is good. I prefer my meat to have seasoning/rub or marinate. Sauce is needed to be delicious. It is VERY GOOD with the sauce. I just believe GREAT BBQ don't need sauce!!! I would return. Nice place, people and meats. The Dirty Dog looks INTERESTING!!! ( THIS 1 HAD XTRA PICKLES )

A solid BBQ place with great food, fast and friendly service. I enjoyed the pulled pork and variety of sauces.

This is one of many BBQ restaurants in our city. Prices are really good. Customer service can be a little friendlier. They take your order and shout it back to the people preparing the food. No table side, seat yourself and listen for your name. Sometimes the meat is tender. Other times not. You can ask for inside meat so you don't get any burnt skin. Medium sides are enough for a meal.

Not a great looking place, but the food is outstanding. Totally enjoyed the mouth watering chopped BBQ. The price is very affordable.

There's nothing better than a place that can offer you good food and service at the same time! And those butter babies are to die for!
